Welcome to Zenvaya. Zenvaya is the trading name of MTZ LTD, a UK-registered company serving customers in the United States.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. About Us
Zenvaya is an online store offering toys and children's products for children and families.
MTZ LTD, trading as Zenvaya, is the seller responsible for orders placed through our website.
We currently ship within the United States only.
2. Products and Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information, images, descriptions, and prices are accurate.
Product colors, packaging, or other details may vary slightly from images shown on our website.
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
We may update product information, prices, or availability when necessary.
3. Orders and Payment
When placing an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other payment methods available at checkout.
We do not store complete payment card numbers or CVV codes on our systems.
We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, an obvious error has occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity. If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping times vary by product and shipping method. Please check the estimated delivery time shown on the product page or at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Returns and Refunds

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, we may request photos, videos, order information, or other reasonable evidence.
